Q: What is the age range of your group?

A. Primarily it is 40's and 50's. Our prearranged seating puts individuals with others that are similar in age and that have common interests.

Q: I am an active person; however, since these are dining events, will I just be meeting a group of couch potatoes?

A. Absolutely not. Most of our members lead very active lives. Because they are busy professionals, they find it refreshing to be able to get out for a great meal while having the opportunity to meet, share conversation and laughter with a very nice group of single professionals, in a safe, relaxed environment.

Q: I tend to be quiet and reserved, especially in social settings or meeting new people, do you do anything to help ease this?

A. Yes. Event coordinator, Brooke, makes introductions during the reception, prior to dinner. This helps take away the awkwardness of meeting new people. Also, seating for the meal is prearranged so that you are with other men and women that are similar in age and that share similar interests, which makes conversation easier.

Q: How often can I participate in your events?

A. Delightful Dining holds 2 or 3 events per month. As a member, you have the opportunity to attend as few or as many as you wish. As a guest, you may attend once.

Q: Can I attend a Delightful Dining event before I join?

A. Yes. We offer first-time guests an opportunity to attend one event prior to joining. A $30. non-member surcharge will be added to the cost of the event. So, you may want to consider joining up front, to avoid the additional fee.
