The name Topa represents the work of two brothers who conceived this restaurant, Tony and Paul Diaz. This restaurant is their lifelong dream realized.

Dinner will begin with a Tavern salad, followed by your choice of entrée - Chicken alla Taverna (lightly breaded chicken breast, marinated tomatoes, arugula, balsamic reduction, extra virgin Italian olive oil); Banana Crusted Tilapia (with citrus buerre blanc); or New York Strip Steak (grilled 12 oz. strip steak with bordelaise sauce). Smashed potatoes and green beans almondine will accompany your entrée. After dinner, enjoy an Ice Cream Sundae for dessert! Coffee, tea, or a soft drink is included with dinner.

Brio brings the pleasures of the Tuscan country villa to the American city. The Italians built their spacious country villas to escape the pressures of urban life and enjoy "La Dolce Vita" (the good life). They would mingle with family and friends and eat freshly prepared food from their grounds while surrounded by natural beauty. In just this manner, Brio offers its guests "La Dolce Vita."

For starters, choose a Field Greens Salad or Lobster Bisque. Entrée choices are Lasagna Bolognese (pasta sheets layered with Brio's housemade Bolognese meat sauce, Ricotta, Parmesan and Mozarella cheeses, Pomodoro and Alfredo sauces, baked bubbling and golden brown); Chicken "Under the Brick" (a whole, boneless, skinless chicken breast, grilled and pressed under a brick, served with Marsala mushroom sauce); and Tuscan Grilled Pork Chops (center-cut, marinated in house and seared on the grill with mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables). Dessert will be a Dolchino Sampler (Vanilla Créme Brûlée, Tiramisu, and Milk Chocolate Caramel Cake). Coffee, tea, or a soft drink is included with dinner.
