Oktoberfest originated in 1810, in Bavaria, Germany, as a wedding celebration. Over the years, it evolved into a harvest season celebration, where hearty Oktoberfest beer was consumed. Then, as many Germans immigrated to the United States after World Wars I and II, the Oktoberfest made its way to our country - representing the approach of the holiday season.
Well, I think it is safe to say we will start off with soup or salad, followed by a traditional German entrée and dessert, and that there will be entertainment. Beyond that, I donŐt know a whole lot as the Oktoberfest menu is still in the works. I will let you know as soon as I know the details of the menu and the price. For now, at least you know the date and the location so you can mark your calendars!

Enjoy Dining and Detecting, Mystery, Intrigue, and Murder! Upon arrival, we will be given new identities and verbal clues!
With our new identities, we will go on a clue hunt! After hunting for clues, we will have worked up an appetite for our dinner, which will start with a Cheese Platter and Crackers, followed by a Salad, Chicken, and Hot Vegetable Medley. Sweet Treats will end our meal. Coffee or tea is included.
The murder mystery will be taking place throughout the evening.
