At-A-Glance Events Line-up

For starters, choose soup or salad. For your entrée choices, we have Barbecue Pork Chops (two 5 oz. pork chops, grilled to perfection); Top Sirloin Steak (10 oz. prime center cut, grilled to temperature); BBQ 3-Meat Combo (choose three - 1/3 slab of ribs, pulled pork, beef brisket, 1/4 white or dark meat chicken); Barbecue Chicken Platter (tender young chicken, seasoned with SBR's own rub, smoked for two hours, finished on the grill, topped with SBR's Barbecue Sauce); Crab Cakes (SBR's own recipe pan-seared, lump crab cakes served with a roasted red pepper cream sauce); New Orleans Style Barbecue Shrimp (pan-seared wild shrimp with Chef Paul's BBQ shrimp sauce). Accompaniments depend on the entrée ordered. Coffee, tea, or a soft drink is included with dinner.

We will start with a salad. Then, choose from 12, that's right, 12 entrées! There is not enough space to provide a detailed description of each entrée and its accompaniments, but the abbreviate list includes Rotisserie Chicken, Black Tie Pasta, Baby Back Pork Ribs, Roasted Tri-Tip, Meatloaf and Mashed Potatoes, Jamaican Sweet Potato, Crab Wedge Salad, Half Honey Blonde Fish and Chips, Chicken Pot Pie, Clubhouse Sandwich, Barbeque Chicken Salad, Roasted Turkey Supper. We also have our choice of 4 desserts: Scratch Carrot Cake, Chocolate Frosted Brownie, World's Smallest Sundae, and Small Slice of Cream Cheese Pie! Coffee, Iced Tea, Lemonade, or a soft drink is included with dinner.
