Come celebrate the holidays at Danada House! Commodity trader Daniel F. Rice and his wife, Ada, built this 19-room country house in 1939 and trained a Kentucky Derby winner on the grounds. The sprawling, white brick home is now owned by the DuPage County Forest Preserve District. It retains a comfortable, gracious air, from the green terrazzo entry, with its curving staircase, to the glassed-in porch and solarium with views of the reflecting pool, terrace, garden, and grounds.

Our dinner will start with a Caesar Salad. For your entrée, choose Roast Sirloin of Beef (with parmesan orzo and fresh green beans); Cod Provencal (with rice pilaf and sautéed vegetable medley); Chicken Picatta (with herbed rice and fresh green beans); or Pork Shank Osso Buco (with traditional mashed potatoes and baby glazed carrots). Cake will be served for dessert. Coffee or tea is included with dinner. After dinner, enjoy dancing or just listen to the music our DJ will provide.
